Refund Policy

At CBA Financials, we are committed to delivering exceptional accounting, tax, payroll, and CFO services. We stand behind the quality, security, and convenience of our work. To ensure our clients feel completely confident in choosing us as their financial partners, we offer the following refund policy.

The CBA Financials 60-Day Guarantee

We offer a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee for our new clients. If you are not 100% satisfied with the flexibility, security, and quality of the services provided by CBA Financials, or if you feel we have failed to deliver on the promises made at the start of our engagement, you may request a full refund of your initial fees.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • You must cancel your service engagement and request the refund within sixty (60) days of your very first payment to us.

  • The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to contact@cbafinancials.com.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

While we proudly offer a refund on our professional service fees under the 60-day guarantee, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Third-Party and Government Fees: Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred on your behalf, such as state/federal filing fees, incorporation fees, or third-party software subscriptions (e.g., QuickBooks, Gusto).

  • Terms of Service Violations: No refunds of any kind will be considered or issued for engagements or accounts that are terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (for example, providing fraudulent documents, refusing to supply necessary information, or illegal activities).

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it promptly.

  • The full eligible amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to seven (7) working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
